Do I need a referral?

No referral is necessary to attend KB Exercise Physiology. Katherine often treats patients with Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) referrals organised through their local doctor. Referrals can be emailed to kbexphys@gmail.com or posted 107 McCallum Street, Swan Hill 3585.

We accept referral through NDIS, TAC, DVA, Workcover, Medicare and private referral.

What are my payment options?

HICAPS/ EFTPOS is available at KB Exercise Physiology – ideal for those patients with private health insurance and Exercise Physiology cover. We also accept cash or cheque.

Payment is due on the day of consultation.

Please note- Medicare referrals are not bulk billed and there is an out of pocket expense..

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled by booking online here or call our practice on 0418 775 312 during working hours. Our reception is unattended and calls will be returned between 2-3pm on weekdays.

We appreciate 24 hours notification of appointment cancellation. A late cancellation fee does apply.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear to all appointments to ensure you are not restricted when being assessed or exercising. Please also bring a towel and drink bottle.
