Group Exercise Classes

Circuit style class involving a mix of cardio/ pilates and resistance training. Suited to women of all ages and fitness levels. Have an injury or chronic condition?

No worries! Katherine is able to modify exercises as required.

Classes are offered on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

Falls prevention exercise class aimed at improving lower limb strength, balance and bone strengthening for those with Osteoporosis/ Osteopenia. Aimed at men and women from the ages of 75+.

Classes are offered on Monday and Thursday mornings.

 An early morning high intensity exercise class including core work and plyometrics. This class is bound to get your heart rate up and have a challenging work out!

Circuit style class utilising the equipment available at KB Exercise Physiology. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Lunch time classes ensure those with seated professions are achieving their daily exercise requirement.

Mixed session involving - HIIT, resistance training, cardio and pilates.
