About

About

KB Exercise Physiology

KB Exercise Physiology provides a range of highly effective exercise rehabilitation, assessing the patient’s needs and then designing an appropriate exercise program.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologist's are passionate about promoting an active lifestyle and healthy living by empowering individuals to become responsible for their own health. Injuries can be addressed and exercises modified, allowing a patient to exercise accordingly.

KB Exercise Physiology was established in 2007 by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Katherine Bissett. After completing her university degree and returning home to Swan Hill, Katherine was well aware that Swan Hill had few options available for individuals with injuries to exercise safely. Katherine succeeded in helping
individuals enjoy healthy living by becoming more active and so KB Exercise Physiology was born.

Our clinic has expanded over the years, initially beginning in a single small room at a medical clinic and progressing in 2017 to offering our exercise physiology services in our very own private practice. This allowed our Katherine to offer individual patient's a unique exercise experience, whilst also utilising the huge range of equipment available. Katherine's expertise in exercise rehabilitation offers patients a private setting with an individualised approach to their injury management.
